Acceptance Guidelines

Clothing must be presentable and freshly laundered or dry cleaned
Items should be free of any damage, stains, rips, holes, fading, piling, lint, strong scents, deodorant marks, or pet hair
Fabrics should be well-maintained, no stiffening, thinning, or worn texture
All closures like buttons, zippers, and snaps must be functional and intact
Clothing must be wrinkle free, pieces will be displayed as-is
Labels including branding and size information must be visible
We do not accept undergarments or lingerie
Clothing with personal information, local sports, school, or vacation getaways will not be accepted
We do not accept gowns
Please ensure that there are no missing parts such as removable straps, belts, or decorative elements

Please ensure that all items are in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear
Shoes must be clean inside and out—free from dirt, scuffs, damage, or odors
All fasteners (laces, buckles, zippers, Velcro) and hardware must be intact and functional
We welcome high-quality handbags, designer jewelry, hair accessories, scarves, belts, sunglasses, backpacks, and hats
Items should be free from any tarnish, scratches, cracks, or broken parts
We do not accept worn-out or heavily used accessories, or those with missing pieces
Leather goods should be conditioned and free of peeling or cracking
Jewelry should be untangled and wearable

All products (except for fragrances) must be brand-new, unused, and factory sealed
Expiration date and ingredients must be visible
Expired items will not be accepted
Cosmetics must be unused
Fragrances must be new or show minimal use
All store-bought and homemade soap must be sealed in packaging for sanitization and presentation
Razors, toothbrushes, and hairbrushes will not be accepted
We reserve the right to decline any item that appears compromised or does not meet our health and safety standards

All items must be clean, damage-free, and in good working condition
Items must be fully functional—no broken parts, missing pieces, or items in need of repair
All parts, components, and accessories must be included (e.g. remote controls, keys, lids, screws, or manuals)
Electrical items (lamps, clocks, small appliances) must be tested and in working order
Decorative items should be free of chips, cracks, stains, fading, or excessive wear
Fabrics (such as throw pillows or linens) must be freshly laundered and free of odors, pet hair, or stains
We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet our quality or safety standards

All items must be clean and ready to wear
We appreciate items that are in excellent condition with no signs wear, fading, damage, or strong odors
Items that have been well cared for and are in gently used or new-like condition are preferred
We do not accept outdated items, only an exception for classic pieces
Consignors are responsible for ensuring their items meet all safety standards applicable to the product type
We do not accept items brought in by garbage bags
Items should be suitable for general retail and not intended for specialized or commercial use only
We reserve the right to remove or consolidate items that are slow-selling or do not fit current inventory needs
We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet our quality standards
